Here’s how we sold it.

We didn’t list it as “4 bed villa, Mijas” and wait. We worked out what would make a buyer stop on this particular house, and built everything around that:

→ The view from the front door. You walk into the entrance hall and the Mediterranean is right there, so that’s where the story starts.
→ The 2025 renovation. New solar-glass windows and 27 solar panels mean lower running costs on a 2,431 m² plot. We put numbers on the upgrades instead of hiding them in the small print.
→ The privacy. A cul-de-sac, electric gates and over 2,400 m² of garden. We showed buyers how private it is instead of just telling them.

Cabopino is the part of Marbella most people drive straight past on the A-7. They shouldn’t.

Tucked in at the eastern edge of Marbella, right before Mijas begins, it has a small marina full of restaurants, one of the coast’s most natural beaches backed by the protected Artola dunes, and a golf course set in the pine trees just behind.
