445 m² of contemporary luxury, exceptional views from every level, and still the opportunity to make it truly yours.

With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a prime location just 4 km from the beach, Villa Estupendo is now entering its final finishing stage.

What makes this villa truly special? The future owner can still personalise key elements: from the kitchen, bathrooms and bespoke wardrobes to the final finishes throughout the home.

And the highlight: an entire level ready to be transformed into your own private wellness retreat, gym and walk-in w**e cellar.

🔑 Buying a home in Spain works differently than you might expect. Not more complicated, just different.

In this first part of our buying guide we walk you through the four key steps, from your NIE number to the day you receive the keys at the notary. Save this post for later, it is the short version of the full guide now on our website.

One thing most buyers underestimate: the additional costs on top of the purchase price. We cover exactly what to budget for in part 2.

Questions about your own situation? Send us a message or book a call. Guiding international buyers through this process is what we do every day.
