For this residential project in Miami, we focused on timeless materials, generous natural light and carefully balanced proportions to create an atmosphere of calm.

Stone, soft textures and integrated detailing transform everyday routines into moments of pause.

CASA SEIN — Wellness Space

Some spaces aren’t designed to impress.
They’re designed to slow you down.

CASA SEIN is conceived as a sequence of rituals rather than rooms—where architecture, landscape and light become part of the wellness experience.

Natural stone, curved forms, filtered light and quiet materials create an atmosphere that invites you to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

Sometimes, the most luxurious thing a space can offer is silence.

CASA SEIN Courtyard

Every project begins with an idea.

This concept sketch explores the central courtyard of CASA SEIN, where architecture and nature merge into a calm, restorative landscape.

The first lines are never just drawings, they’re the beginning of an experience, testing proportions, light, rhythm and emotion long before construction starts.

Design is a process of imagining how people will feel before deciding what they’ll see.
