تخصص الحكومة المصرية نحو مليون متر مربع بمدينة الغردقة لإقامة مشروعات سياحية وفندقية وخدمية وترفيهية، في خطوة تستهدف زيادة الطاقة الفندقية وتعزيز جاذبية ساحل البحر الأحمر للاستثمار.

وأصدرت الهيئة العامة للتنمية السياحية 16 قرارًا لتخصيص أراضٍ لمشروعات تشمل فنادق ووحدات إقامة ومراكز ترفيهية، ومن المتوقع أن تضيف نحو 856 غرفة فندقية، إلى جانب التوسع في الطاقة الاستيعابية لأحد المشروعات القائمة إلى 946 وحدة فندقية.

وتشمل الخطط إنشاء مركزي ألعاب مائية «أكوا بارك»، أحدهما بمشاركة مشغّل عالمي، بالإضافة إلى مراكز للخدمات السياحية ومناطق ترفيهية.

وتستهدف مصر جذب استثمارات سياحية بقيمة 35.4 مليار دولار لإضافة نحو 340 ألف غرفة فندقية بحلول 2031، لترتفع الطاقة الفندقية إلى 568 ألف غرفة.

وتضم منطقة جنوب مجاويش، جنوب الغردقة، طاقة فندقية معتمدة تتجاوز 23.6 ألف غرفة، منها نحو 17.7 ألف غرفة مكتملة التنفيذ.

ويتزامن ذلك مع استعداد شركة الديار القطرية لبدء تنفيذ مشروع سياحي متكامل على مساحة 29 مليون متر مربع بالغردقة، مع طرح المرحلة الأولى قبل نهاية 2026.

Egypt is allocating nearly 1 million sqm of land in Hurghada for new tourism, hospitality, service, and entertainment projects, aiming to expand hotel capacity and attract further investment to the Red Sea coast.

The General Authority for Tourism Development has issued 16 land allocation decisions for projects expected to add around 856 hotel rooms, alongside plans to expand an existing development to 946 hotel units.

The projects include two Aqua Parks, one involving an international operator, as well as tourism service centers and premium entertainment facilities.

Egypt aims to attract $35.4 billion in tourism investments to add approximately 340,000 hotel rooms by 2031, increasing total capacity to 568,000 rooms.

South Magawish, south of Hurghada, already has an approved capacity exceeding 23,600 hotel rooms, with around 17,700 completed.

Meanwhile, Qatar’s Diar is preparing to develop an integrated tourism project spanning 29 million sqm in Hurghada, with its first phase expected to be offered before the end of 2026.

في خطوة تعزز قطاع البناء والتشييد المصري، أعلنت شركتا «إنوڤو للبناء» و«ريدكون للتعمير» توقيع اتفاقية شراكة وتأسيس تحالف يجمع بين الخبرة المحلية والقدرات الإقليمية.

وفاز تحالف «إنوڤو – ريدكون» بمناقصة تنفيذ أعمال المقاولات والبنية التحتية لحزمة «DP03 East» ضمن مشروع «وادي يم» في رأس الحكمة، أولى مشروعات شركة «مدن» الإماراتية في مصر، بقيمة تتخطى 12 مليار جنيه.

يمتد المشروع على مساحة بنائية تبلغ 323 ألف متر مربع، ومن المقرر تنفيذه خلال 21 شهراً، ويضم أكثر من 660 وحدة سكنية بين الفيلات المستقلة والتاون هاوس، إلى جانب المناطق الخدمية، والبحيرات، والمول التجاري، وأعمال اللاند سكيب ورصف الطرق.

وتجمع الشراكة بين خبرة «ريدكون» التي تتجاوز 33 عاماً في السوق المصرية وخبرة «إنوڤو» في تنفيذ المشروعات الإقليمية والدولية عبر أربع قارات، مع التركيز على تقنيات البناء المستدامة وتقليل البصمة الكربونية.

ويستهدف التحالف رفع كفاءة تنفيذ المشروعات الكبرى وتقديم حلول هندسية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والكفاءة التشغيلية.

In a strategic move for Egypt’s construction sector, “Inovo Construction” and “Redcon Construction” announced a partnership combining regional capabilities with long-standing local expertise.

The Inovo-Redcon alliance won the tender to execute contracting and infrastructure works for the “DP03 East” package within the “Wadi Yam” project in Ras El Hekma, Modon’s first project in Egypt, with a value exceeding EGP 12 billion.

The 323,000 sqm project is scheduled for completion within 21 months and includes over 660 residential units, public amenities, lakes, a shopping mall, landscaping and road paving.

The partnership combines Redcon’s 33+ years of experience in Egypt with Inovo’s expertise across four continents, focusing on sustainable construction technologies and reducing the carbon footprint.
