Ever since it was created, the company has been steadily expanding in Egypt’s vibrant real estate market with a number of high value real estate properties. We developed and delivered 3 compounds in New Cairo; “Zizinia, Zizinia Garden - Zizinia Rose” Then the final one was in El Shorouk beside the BUE; Zizinia Flowers. All compounds in New Cairo and El Shorouk; sold out, delivered and peopled. Now in the most promising and valuable area in New Cairo – Mostakbal City – right next to the New Capital “Cairo Capital” ARDIC has started building its new modern compound “Zizinia ElMostakbal” the landmark of Mostakbal City envisaged by an Egyptian internationally renowned architect Ahmed Mito (RIP) and the Talented well known Architect Akram Farouk.
