The Land Registry publishes contract figures monthly. Seven months into 2026, the pattern hasn't broken once.

12,047 contracts filed nationwide, January to July. That's 14% above the same stretch of 2025. July was the strongest month of the year at 2,040, the first time in 2026 the national total has crossed two thousand.

Paphos recorded 395 contracts in July, up 15% year on year.
