We are proud to present the VISECA project, the new administrative building completed in Bioggio, Switzerland in January 2026.

Located at Via Strecce 7, the building comprises three floors of approximately 1,200 m² each, plus an underground level used as a garage.

The workspaces have been designed to combine functionality, aesthetics, construction quality and noise canceling performance.

A commercial project conceived to harmoniously blend into the Ticinese territory, meeting the demands of today’s real estate sector with rigor and professionalism.
