• 1 month out - advice on best approach to marketing, establish goals and steps and how to reach them.
• 1 week out - move and get outta town.
• realtor (that’s me!) arrange cleaning, hire small&local, have professional run thru apartment to check for deficiencies.
• 1 day out - professional photos, videos for IG FB and websites. Realtor.ca cbyk.ca
• 1 day out - final discussion with seller, set pricing below market value “ask a little less to get a little more” not necessarily price, but interest.
• day of listing- broadcast to the market & everyones favourite realtors plus instant notifications to almost 500 PCS clients (are you signed up for instant notifications?).
• after the offer - allowing access for the appraiser, home inspector, compiling documents for the mortgage lender, lawyers and insurance. Because of the efficiencies of all involved, then getting amendments signed to move up a quicker closing date.
Soo… yes easy when you think of 28 years experience working together with clients. Love what I do!
