A few of our favourite details at our now-sold 7 Ash Cove show home.

Classic architectural details, French château-inspired influences and intricate millwork come together to give this home its distinctive character.

This weekend is your last chance to visit our 7 Ash Cove show home. Visit in Forest Grove Estates, Headingley from 1pm-4pm today (Saturday, October 24th) & tomorrow (Sunday, October 25th).

We’d love to know, did you visit 7 Ash Cove during the Fall Parade of Homes this year? What did you think of the space and its design? ✨

Some renovations are about updating a home. Others are about rethinking it entirely. This project was about reimagining it for a busy family of four.

This Riverview home began as a 75-year-old, 1½-storey home nestled among mature trees along the Red River.

Rather than simply updating the space, the renovation reconsidered how the home could function. From its complete layout overhaul to major energy efficiency updates – this renovation was a true transformation.

This project was also a 2024 CHBA Housing Excellence Awards finalist for Best Home Renovation in Canada.

What do you think of this transformation?

Today we’re celebrating Robyn and an incredible career milestone that she’s achieved.

After balancing full-time work while completing her Master’s in Interior Design, Robyn is officially graduating today!

Her passion for design is evident in everything she does. With a thoughtful approach, strong technical foundation and an eye for the details that make a space feel uniquely yours, she has become a truly valued member of the Maric team.

We’re so proud to have watched her grow both personally and professionally, and even prouder to have her on our team.

Congratulations, Robyn! We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with you!

Believe it or not, yes this floral backsplash in our latest custom home build, Southboine, is in fact patterned porcelain tile. 🤩

Would you choose a pattern to bring personality into your powder room?

This past weekend, our Maric Homes team came together at The Forks for Light the Night in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada— a cause that holds a very special place in our hearts.

Together, we raised an incredible $33,566.82 in honour and memory of our Marcia, and those impacted by blood cancer. We’re so grateful to everyone who donated, walked alongside us and helped make this night so meaningful.

Across Winnipeg, more than $96,000 has been raised so far, with a goal of reaching $100,000.

And there’s still time to help us get there! Donations to the Maric Homes team can be made through the end of the year using our team link— in bio.

Thank you for helping us keep the light shining. 🕯️💜
