What does this mean?
Inventory is still growing, but sales activity grew at a much faster pace this week. More homes are selling, fewer listings are being pulled from the market, and we’re seeing some positive momentum heading into October.
As always, real estate can look very different depending on your neighbourhood, price point and type of home.
