A big thank you to the Westlock & District Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Westlock representatives, and everyone who joined us yesterday at Eastgate Square!
It was a pleasure to share what has gone into bringing this development to life—from soil remediation and construction to working through the development process with the Town and discussing the brownfield tax incentive.
We also toured the available commercial spaces and talked about opportunities for businesses looking to open or expand in Westlock, including franchise brands seeking local franchisees.
As a lifelong Westlock resident, seeing a property that sat vacant for more than 40 years become a place for businesses to grow means a lot to me.
