Why are so many buyers looking north of Waterloo? I hear the same reasons every week.

→ More house and more yard for the drive.
→ Main streets where people still know your name.
→ Trails, rivers and back roads right outside the door.
→ A market that’s giving buyers room to breathe. In September, Waterloo Region had 3.8 months of supply and homes averaged 33 days on market (Cornerstone Association of REALTORS®).

Those are region-wide numbers. Every town up here tells its own story, and that’s where I come in.
