Fort Properties would like to say thank you to our dear friend and building manager Ross Lane, upon his retirement. Ross has cared tirelessly for our building on 5th street in Courtenay for more than a decade. It was our good fortune when Ross decided to make our building his home. There was no problem he couldn’t fix with his creative and knowledgeable solutions, and he made this little building a true community for all its inhabitants. We marvelled at his ability to transform old motorcycles into works of beauty, and with the addition of his beautiful poodle, Jett, he quickly became a beloved fixture of the Courtenay community. Ross has bravely faced declining health in recent years and met these challenges with the integrity that is so true to his character. We wish you well, dear friend.
