We are taking part in the Royal LePage® Shelter Foundation Night Light Walk, presented by TD, as part of the Homeward Bound Real Estate team, and we’d love your support! ❤️

Next Thursday, October 22, we’ll be joining fellow realtors, clients, friends and supporters for a cozy evening walk at Esquimalt Gorge Park, all to support families escaping intimate partner violence and help ensure everyone has a safe place to call home.

Our team, the Homeward Huggers, is hoping to raise $500 to support local shelters and life-changing services for survivors.

Yesterday was a very special and bittersweet workout with my training group at the Crystal Pool. ❤️💪

For our final session in our cozy workout den, Chris put us through a full-blast workout, and I somehow squatted 165 pounds! 🏋️‍♀️💥

Thank you, Chris, for always challenging and encouraging us. We finished, as always, with one big group high five. 🙌

Today is the final day the Crystal Pool will be open before this location closes to make way for the new facility. My family and I have been coming here for more than 30 years for lessons, swimming, workouts, and countless family memories. It’s hard to say goodbye to a place that has been such a big part of our lives. ❤️

Thankfully, this isn’t the end for our training group! We’ll be taking our workouts outdoors through October and November before eventually moving to the temporary pool at the old YMCA.

Here’s to old memories, new adventures, strong friendships, and staying strong wherever our workouts take us next! 💪❤️
