Just a fan, really.

This is what Squamish condo-living should look like — rooftop hangouts, a full wellness setup with hot/cold plunges and sauna, co-working space that you’ll actually use, and proper bike + gear storage. Redbridge nailed the lifestyle piece.

Spring is almost here, and the market is mixed.
Some properties are moving fast with competition, others are allowing buyers and sellers a little more flexibility.

A couple of recent successes:

201 345 WATER ST | an inspirational space for my artistic buyer. Negotiations resulted in an excellent buy, far below historical values.

414 332 LONSDALE AVE | pricing right for the market and situation, we sold this tenanted property on its debut weekend achieving full list price.

I’ve got some new listings in the works in Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Port Moody. Send me a message if those areas are on your radar.

I’m 6’7” but I don’t play basketball. Hobby dump.

- I exercise 5-6 days a week to keep my sanity. Have been doing so for 17 years
- Dedicated gamer since day one. Hit rank #1 in World of Warcraft PvP. IYKYK.
- I bought a sewing machine the other day and it’s scratching an itch I’ve had for a long time. Watch out Project Runway, I made an ill-fitting pillow case.
- Everything with the pups. Ignore the terrible running form while I try to record me and Dex

I feel lucky to love my job, but working in Real Estate in Vancouver can be a wild ride, this is what I do in my downtime.
