On the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we're reminded of a truth that doesn't stay on one day. Residential schools took children from their families. Many never came home. Survivors, their families, and their communities carry that every day, and so do we.

We build communities in partnership with Indigenous Nations, on their lands. That only means something if it comes from real relationship, years of showing up, listening, and being accountable to the Nations we work alongside.

Today we honour Survivors. We remember the children who didn't come home. And we recommit to doing our part, with humility and with patience.

Summer at kʷasən Village☀️

Step into the Discovery Centre on Willingdon and you'll see why this is more than a presentation space. It's an immersive look at the community taking shape, built with our partners xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh).

Tower One (nəc̓aʔ) is currently under construction, and interest here has stayed steady all summer. Our team looks forward to welcoming you at the Discovery Centre on Willingdon is open daily (closed Fridays).
