Apparently it’s kind of chic to take a break. 😌✨

Life can get so go-go-go that slowing down almost feels unnatural sometimes. Today was about giving ourselves permission to do exactly that, unplug, reset, breathe and let our bodies recover. 🧖‍♀️🌿🤍

A little reminder that rest isn’t wasted time. You don’t always have to be doing, achieving or checking something off the list. Sometimes taking care of yourself is the productive thing. ✨

BRB making nervous system resets part of the schedule. 😂💕

Holly ◡̈ and I tried a Wellness - Nervous System Reset Retreat that included yin yoga, yoga nidra, a sound bath, journaling, thermal therapy, and a few hours completely disconnected from the outside world.

I walked in feeling busy.
I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and so refreshed.

Spent the morning at the .group Townhall learning more about what’s happening in our brokerage, hearing market insights, and connecting with fellow agents 🏙️📈✨

One of the highlights was hearing Bob’s encouragement and wisdom. After 50 years in the business and celebrating his 70th birthday, his passion, perspective, and optimism are still incredibly inspiring.

In an industry that constantly changes, it’s refreshing to hear from someone who has navigated decades of different markets while continuing to lead with curiosity, humility, and purpose.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and be reminded that success isn’t just about transactions, it’s about relationships, resilience, and continuing to show up year after year 🤍

The first few aerial yoga classes were intimidating… and yes, they hurt a bit 😅 ✨ Growth isn’t always graceful, but it’s worth it.
