No two home-buying journeys are ever the same, and there truly is no one-size-fits-all approach. It takes careful listening, thoughtful communication, and a clear vision to find the right home for each client. And from the very beginning, I knew this was the home I wanted to find for them. 🥹 (I would live here TOO!)
Sometimes, the timing just works out perfectly! (I am also on MLS at 12AM- 1AM in the morning looking at NEW LISTINGS!)
During Thanksgiving week, 62 Emeline came to market, and we booked a showing immediately—getting ahead of the weekend crowds and submitting an offer before things got busy.
There was a competing offer, but we stayed disciplined, trusted the market data, and held firm on what we believed was a reasonable price. And guess what? WE GOT THE HOUSE! 🎉🔑
But the work didn't stop there! The home inspection came back clean, and we moved straight into the appraisal to ensure financing was on track. Thankfully, I instinctively knew that we would need an extra day for our conditions to come together and everything was signed 5 hours before it was due (whew).
I'm so excited for them to start their next chapter and build a family in this beautiful, turnkey home (they literally don't need to renovate and got it at such a good price!). This is what it's all about—not just finding a house, but finding the RIGHT place to call home. 🏡✨
