Happy Thanksgiving 🍂

I pulled every Guelph home that sold in the last 30 days, grouped by price. Here’s what each budget actually bought. 👇

~$600K: mostly smaller homes and condos
~$750K: a solid 3-bedroom, rarely a big one
~$900K: all detached, but not in every neighbourhood

Swipe to see the same budgets by area. Onward Willow/Junction had 23 of 27 detached sales at $750K or less. Kortright Hills had 2 of 27.
