A thoughtfully planned corner suite in Daniel Libeskind's iconic L Tower, offering 1,078 sq ft of flexible living space in the heart of St. Lawrence Market. With 2 bedrooms plus a den, and 2 bathrooms, the layout is designed to balance working from home, entertaining, and everyday life.

A proper foyer creates a true sense of arrival before opening into bright living and dining spaces framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen sits at the centre of the home, featuring integrated Miele appliances, a large marble-topped island, and generous storage.

The bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the suite, creating distinct private spaces, while the open den provides a dedicated work-from-home area.

Residents enjoy a library and reading room, indoor lap pool, sauna, outdoor deck, private cinema, and fitness centre, all within one of Toronto's most recognizable residential buildings.

Located where St. Lawrence Market, the Financial District, Old Town, and the waterfront come together, you're steps from renowned food, culture, and everyday conveniences, with Meridian Hall next door and one parking space is included.

The details at this semi-detached home, perfectly placed between Monarch Park and your favourite spots along the Danforth, offer plenty of personality, while an extensive renovation has brought the rest of the home firmly up to date.

The main floor unfolds from stained glass in the character-filled dining room to a generous living space and a crisp white kitchen with quartz counters and exposed brick. At the back, a practical mudroom makes room for storage and a little breakfast table.

Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and soaker tub are part of a second-floor addition and complete interior transformation completed in 2022–23.

With permitted structural improvements, updated electrical and plumbing, a newer heat pump, outdoor space, and laneway parking, the work here goes well beyond what you can see.

Thirty floors up at Yonge and Eglinton, this one-bedroom opens to spectacular southeast views across the city and toward the lake. The open-concept living and dining space is filled with natural light and opens to a private balcony on the building's quiet side.

The building has a quiet, owner-oriented atmosphere, with friendly neighbours of all ages, mostly owners and long-term residents. Short-term rentals such as Airbnb are not permitted. Amenities include a 24/7 concierge, visitor parking, a party room, a BBQ area, a pool, a sauna, a media room/theatre, a billiards/games room, and guest suites. Renovations to the third-floor amenity area are currently underway, with a new pet wash station, an expanded parcel room, and an upgraded gym planned.

The result is a one-bedroom that works especially well for someone buying a condo to actually live in: natural light where you spend your time, storage where you need it, a functional layout, private outdoor space and an outlook that changes with the city below.

Come for the samosas. Stay for the neighbourhood.

Greenwood-Coxwell is one of those east-end pockets where a quick walk can turn into an afternoon. There's the Gerrard India Bazaar, with its restaurants, grocers and sweet shops. Greenwood Park for skating in winter and the farmers' market in season. Monarch Park for summer swims. And plenty of residential streets lined with the brick semis that define this part of Toronto.

It's a neighbourhood with a changing mix of local businesses, and enough personality to keep things interesting.

We've covered it all in our Greenwood-Coxwell neighbourhood guide, from what we love to what buyers should know before making a move.

P.S. We've also got a lovely three-bedroom semi at 389 Coxwell Ave, complete with a finished basement, backyard and parking for two. Just saying.

Let's get one thing straight: the Church-Yonge Corridor isn't where you move for peace and quiet. You move here because you like having options.

Massey Hall or a night out in the Village? Walk. Eaton Centre or Sankofa Square? Walk. Subway, groceries, dinner, coffee? You get the idea.

This is downtown Toronto with the volume turned up. A mix of culture, nightlife, university energy, historic architecture, and a few rough edges. It's not a sleepy residential enclave, and that's precisely why some people love it.

Our Church-Yonge Corridor Neighbourhood Guide takes a closer look at the good, the not-so-good, and the everyday realities of living in one of Toronto's busiest pockets.

For anyone who likes their downtown home with a little more architectural history, meet our listing at 135 Dalhousie St, Suite 502: a heritage hard loft with 18-foot ceilings, industrial windows, a skylit bedroom, plus the practical bonus of parking and a locker.
