The September GTA market numbers are in! 📊🏡 With fall underway, here’s a look at what the latest stats could mean for buyers and sellers. 🍂

For Buyers 👉 With the average sale price down 5.1% and homes spending 3% longer on the market, buyers may have more time to compare properties and negotiate. Sold properties were also down 9%, reflecting slower sales activity.

For Sellers 👉 New listings dropped 14.4%, meaning fewer new properties entered the market. With prices lower and homes taking longer to sell, thoughtful pricing, strong presentation, and effective marketing remain key to attracting serious buyers.
