The Real Estate market is only going down, there isn’t any indication that things will improve with the way the economy is today. It only makes sense that with low inventory, you have a better chance of getting a price closer to market value today than the Spring market. Take my advice. Don’t wait for the spring market. There will be too many houses on the market at that time. Right now most houses that are coming on the market and PRICED RIGHT.. are selling much faster. Beat the rush. Get in the game now and get a better price than you will in the Spring, Spring is when you will be competing with more sellers. Most people want to finalize a deal before winter sets in.

It is with great sadness 😢 that I want to let you know that our Beloved cat: Boots the CatRealtor has disappeared for the last two weeks and we are not sure if she has been kidnapped or murdered. Please pray for her safe return and if she is not coming back then pray she finds a place in Jannah (heaven) as she was such a beautiful soul, always giving us lots of love.

I remember coming downstairs one morning and Boots was sitting there just waiting for me. The prayer mat - Janamaz was laid out and she kept looking at it and then at me. When I didn’t see what she wanted me to see she jumped down and came closer. I then looked down to the prayer mat and saw what she was looking at. It was a mouse. She had caught a mouse for me and brought it and put it on the prayer mat as a gift. I was so surprised and shocked and kind of disgusted, I then asked my daughter why she brought the mouse in. She said “mama don’t you know this is her way of showing she loves you by giving you a gift!”, that’s when I realized that this was how she showed me her love, that she had accepted me as part of her family.

Pets are so sensitive they feel us and they feel everything around us and they give back in ways that we can’t even imagine! When we lose a loved one the pain is immense and immeasurable, especially for my family. It’s scary, don’t let your loved pets outside, you don’t know what can happen to them. And when these pets become part of your family it’s even harder when they are gone. Missing you a lot Boots😢🥹River misses you too. May you rest in peace.
