Own a home in Princess-Rosethorn? You might find this interesting.
I've been comparing home sales in the neighbourhood for the first nine months of 2025 and 2026.
And here's what surprised me.
While the number of bungalow sales fell by about 26%, their median selling price was down only 1.1%.
But larger two-storey and three-storey homes told a different story, with median selling prices about 15.8% lower and longer selling times.
Does that mean your house has dropped in value by that much? Not necessarily!
We're comparing different homes, and that matters enormously.
If you've lived in Princess-Rosethorn for years and have been wondering whether it's time to downsize, renovate or stay put, don't make your decision based on a GTA headline.
Your home deserves a closer look.
I've put together a detailed neighbourhood market update, including charts and an explanation of what these numbers actually mean.

And if you have a question about your own home, I'm always happy to help. No pressure, no strings attached.
