Never sign a real estate contract you don’t fully understand.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or leasing a property, take the time to read what you’re signing.

Ask questions. Ask for clarification. And if something doesn’t make sense, keep asking until it does.

Contracts create legal obligations, and even the smallest details can have significant consequences.

Your Realtor’s job isn’t just to get the paperwork signed. It’s to help you understand what you’re agreeing to so you can make informed decisions.

Remember, there are no stupid questions when it comes to one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

One thing I’ve learned through years of negotiating: when someone says “This is my last and final offer,” it rarely is.

In my opinion, those words should only be used if you genuinely mean them.

Otherwise, you risk losing credibility and weakening your negotiating position.

My advice? Don’t say “last and final” unless you’re actually prepared to walk away.

Your credibility is one of your strongest negotiating tools. Don’t give it away.

What I would consider if I was looking to buy a condo right now:

1. Maintenance fees under $1/psf
2. Parking included
3. Management company
4. Location

In my opinion, all of these are important.

I have a real issue with overthinking that I need to get over… I feel I share this with a lot of people and I would love to hear your story. A lot of my job is connecting with people and actually forging true relationships, that is the best part of my job. Not every conversation turns into a transaction, but every conversation I have with people I learned something new.
