September’s numbers show the GTA market is still moving slowly.

Sales were down 9% compared to last September, with the average price down 5.1% to $1,006,409. New listings were also down 14.4%.

Prices have come down, but that alone isn’t making people feel ready to buy. There’s still a lot of uncertainty, and understandably, people are being careful with a decision this big.

If you’re looking to buy, I think this is a market worth paying attention to. Take your time, know your numbers, and be ready if the right home comes along.

For sellers, you need to give buyers a reason to choose your home over the rest. How it shows and where you price it really matter.

If you want to talk about what’s happening in your neighbourhood and what it means for you, send me a message.
