What a great evening at the London Property Management Association (LPMA) dinner and meeting last night! It was energizing to see so many people come out to connect with colleagues across the rental industry.

BJ Santavy’s presentation was a welcome reminder that, no matter how big or small your team is, commitment, collaboration and trust in one another are essential. Those foundations build both success and long-term sustainability in the rental market—something we need more than ever as we navigate economic and market uncertainty.

Her words also had me reflecting on the team I’m building with ResidentOps Studio and renewed my appreciation for all the people in my circle who support, collaborate with and encourage me as I continue to grow.😊

During dinner we talked about prop tech, AI, market challenges, fire code changes, the pain points of ensuring your team communicates with residents in the right way and at the right time, suite turnovers and more. Zack D. Casuccio, Melissa Dreaddy, Sara Kurbegovic, Jason Jiancheng Zang, Jacob MacDonald.
