🏡 Thinking about selling this winter or next spring? Now might actually be the best time to start preparing.

One thing I always encourage sellers to think about is when their property looks its absolute best.

If your home has beautiful landscaping, mature trees, a great yard, water views, gardens, patios or outdoor living spaces, those features can be much harder to showcase once the leaves are gone and the snow arrives. 🌳☀️

That is why some of my upcoming winter listings have already had their exterior photos taken this summer.

📸 The homes are not for sale yet.
📸 The sellers are not moving tomorrow.
📸 We are simply planning ahead.

When those properties hit the market this winter, buyers will still be able to see exactly what the yard and property look like during PEI's beautiful summer months.

Good real estate marketing can start months before the FOR SALE sign goes up.

This has officially been my busiest week of the entire year.
