Sat down with .juliephoenix and to talk about THE MAIN in Squamish. And honestly — it’s a conversation worth having.

For a while, a lot of us realtors were advising clients to wait and see. The building had a rough patch and the concerns were real. But that’s behind us now.

Plumbing fully redone building-wide, repairs wrapping up floor by floor, insurance fully covered, and owners are even getting a partial refund.

It’s ready to be lived in again.
