It’s insured as a practitioner space and can comfortably fit a massage table with a work station and comfortable seating area.

Half day & full day rentals available.
$30/half day, $50/full day.

Details: 220sq.ft, highway frontage/good visibility, private entrance, Slocan river view, Starlink WiFi, shared bathroom, small lunch kitchen and outdoor patio facing the river. Lots of parking.

It's a cozy, versatile space that can be used for anyone looking for a quiet space to work, host meetings or workshops, or to practice or teach skills. It has worked really well for a space to set up a massage table for clients. So many options!
Half day & full day rentals available. If you're interested in a more long term, full use of the space, that could potentially be an option as well. Just reach out!
