Another view of Sharbot Lake Beach with the cottages on it. You can see the cottage on the point where the helicopter pad is now.

Thinking about selling this spring?

In rural and waterfront markets, details matter — access, wells, septic, waterfront bylaws, zoning, seasonal roads, shoreline rules… the list goes on.

That’s why working with a REALTOR® who understands the intricacies of the area isn’t just helpful — it can directly impact your result.

The right guidance helps you price properly, prepare strategically, and avoid surprises along the way.

If selling is on your radar this year, now is the time to start the conversation.

👉 Ever wondered what your property might be worth in today’s market?

I’m always happy to chat.

A great view of Sharbot Lake and the beach. There were several cottages on the beach and one on the point where the helicopter pad is now. I think this photo was taken around 1949.

First-time buyers are honestly some of my favourite people to work with.
Walking someone through the process, answering questions, and making it feel doable is what Real Estate Jones is all about.
Thanks so much for the kind words—and congrats again on your first home!
