If we haven't met yet, hey! 👋
I'm Jeff Will, a Saskatoon real estate agent, born and raised right here in Saskatoon!
I've spent my whole career in sales, and today I'm proud to be one of the top real estate agents in the city.
What started as a good friend telling me I'd be great at real estate because of the people I knew turned into a career I absolutely love.
And I've learned something along the way.
Real estate is about people, not paycheques.
My goal is simple:

Honestly, the real question isn't why Saskatoon...It's more like WHY NOT?

Why wouldn't you want to live in a city where beautiful river views, peaceful neighbourhoods and city living come together?

Why wouldn't you want to start your mornings walking along the South Saskatchewan River with some of the most beautiful views in the city?

Why wouldn't you want to spend your weekends exploring the Meewasin Trail, biking along the river, or enjoying the sunshine at River Landing?

Why wouldn't you want to grab your favourite coffee on Broadway Avenue and explore the local shops, restaurants, and cafes?

Why wouldn't you want to spend your summers enjoying festivals, farmers' markets, and those incredible Saskatchewan sunsets?

Why wouldn't you want to cheer on the Saskatchewan Rush or catch a Huskies game with friends and family?

Why wouldn't you want to live somewhere where you can enjoy the excitement of city life without the overwhelming pace of a bigger city?

I’ve lived in Saskatoon my entire life and I’d never heard this one…
A couple I was working with recently made the move from Calgary.
After a few weeks of settling in, I asked them how they were finding Saskatoon.
Their answer was pretty much what I expected…
They loved the people. Loved the community. Loved the lifestyle.
But then they said something that surprised me.
“Jeff, the food scene here is seriously underrated!”
And honestly? They might be onto something.
Because Saskatoon doesn’t always get the credit it deserves.
We’re talking great local restaurants, diverse cuisines, hidden gems, and spots that can hold their own against bigger Canadian cities.
But here’s what really stuck with me about that conversation.
It was one more thing on a list that keeps getting longer.
Because that’s what happens when people move here from Calgary, Toronto, or Vancouver.
They arrive expecting to make sacrifices.
And instead, they keep discovering things that surprise them.
A welcoming community that actually feels like home.
A more relaxed pace of life.
The South Saskatchewan River winding through the city.
Beautiful river trails, local markets, and neighbourhoods full of character.
And surprisingly… a food scene worth exploring.
Even after all these years, Saskatoon still finds ways to surprise us. 🤍
