Four Hands Property Services – Landlord Support! 🏠 Teaming with SRES!

Another apartment suite in the Saskatoon-Avalon area, getting ready for its next chapter!

This week, Dave and Kirsten rolled up their sleeves to tackle a thorough cleaning of an apartment suite before painting begins and new tenants move in!

Our cleaning checklist included:

🧹 Sweeping and washing floors

🧽 Washing walls and baseboards

✨ Scrubbing cupboards, countertops and shelving

🪟 Cleaning window frames and ledges

🚿 Giving the bathroom a thorough cleaning

🫧 Tackling the dirt, dust and grime hiding in those often-overlooked places!

Some areas needed a little extra elbow grease (okay, maybe a LOT! 😂), but the before-and-after photos show what a difference a good cleaning can make!

Next step: Fresh paint and a fresh start for the new tenants! 🏡

Another productive Sunday for Four Hands Property Services! 💪

Dave and Kirsten were busy today completing maintenance tasks and their weekly property checks at a few units on Saskatoon’s west end!

✅ Completed weekly property inspections

✅ Trimmed dead branches from trees 🌳

✅ Raked and cleaned up fallen leaves 🍂

✅ Cut grass and tidied overgrown areas 🌱

✅ Replaced HRV filters to help maintain proper ventilation

🔧 One call. Multiple jobs. Four Hands!

From weekly property checks and routine upkeep to seasonal yard work and those unexpected maintenance tasks, we help landlords and property managers stay on top of their properties!

Another busy project in the books for Dave & Kirsten of Four Hands Property Services!

We recently completed a variety of property maintenance tasks at a multi-unit residential complex in Saskatoon’s Riversdale area, working with Rentals Manager, Tammy Vaadeland, of Saskatoon Real Estate Services Inc.

✅ Here’s what we tackled:

🔹 85 smoke/carbon monoxide detectors inspected and/or replaced

🔹 16 HRV units checked

🔹 32 HVAC filters checked and cleaned

🔹 16 furnace filters checked and replaced

🔹 Multiple Home Depot supply runs to keep everything moving!

From inspecting safety equipment to tackling dirty filters (and trust us, some of them were DIRTY! 😳), we were happy to help get these important maintenance tasks checked off the list!
