Can I Ask My Realtor That? 👀

“Am I wasting your time if I’m not ready to buy yet?”

Absolutely not.

You don’t need to be buying next week — or even next month — to start the conversation.

Sometimes talking earlier is actually better. We can figure out what you can afford, what you’re looking for, and what needs to happen between “maybe someday” and “I’m ready.”

No pressure. No expectation that you have to buy.

Have a real estate question you’ve been afraid to ask? Drop it in the comments or send me a message. It might be the next one I answer.

“Can I Ask My Realtor That?”
Where I answer your questions.

There are questions people think about when buying or selling a home… but might feel a little awkward actually asking.

So I’m going to answer them.
And we’re starting with a good one:

“Are you trying to get me to spend more money?”

Yep. You can ask me that. 😏
And my answer might surprise you.

This series is about real questions and straight answers — no sales pitch.

Got a real estate question you’ve always wanted to ask? Drop it in the comments or send me a message. It might be the next one I answer.

“Can I Ask My Realtor That?”

There are a lot of questions people have about real estate that they might feel a little awkward asking their Realtor.

So… let’s answer them.

Starting with a good one:
“Are you trying to get me to spend more?”

It’s a fair question — and probably one more people wonder about than actually ask.

“Should I wait?”

Wait for rates to change.
Wait for prices to come down.
Wait for the “perfect” time.

The truth is, nobody knows exactly what the market will do next.

Instead of trying to perfectly time the market, ask yourself:

Is buying a home the right decision for me right now?

The best time to buy isn’t when someone tells you it is.

It’s when your finances, your life, and the right opportunity line up. 🏡🔑

Reviews like this mean more to me than simply hearing I did a good job. ❤️

When someone trusts me to help sell their home, especially while navigating a major life change and a move across the country, I take that responsibility personally.

My goal has always been to make sure my clients feel supported, informed, and like someone genuinely has their back from beginning to end.

Adrianna, thank you for trusting me through the process and for these incredibly kind words. The fact that you feel like we’ve become family means more than you know.

This is the part of real estate I love most. 🏡❤️

Thinking about buying, selling, or making a move?
You bring the dream. I bring the plan.

Getting pre-approved isn’t just another box to check before buying a home.

It helps you:

✅ Know exactly what you can afford
✅ Avoid financing surprises later
✅ Strengthen your offer when competing with other buyers
✅ Move through the closing process with confidence

One of the biggest mistakes I see is buyers falling in love with a home before knowing what the bank is willing to lend. A quick conversation with a mortgage professional can save a lot of stress, disappointment, and wasted time.

Thinking about buying a home in the next 6–12 months? Start with a pre-approval. Your future self will thank you.

Have questions about the process? Send me a message and I’d be happy to help.
