🎉 Happy Boss's Day to the Boss! 🎉
If you've ever dealt with Rodgers Apartment Rentals Inc., chances are you've met or spoken with Derrick Smith!
But who is Derrick?
Derrick has been working alongside the Rodgers family for over 30 years, right from the early days of their rental business. In fact, the story goes that the late Patrick Rodgers had to purchase three more buildings just to convince Derrick to come work with him full-time! 😂
From those early days, Pat and Derrick worked side by side, growing the business one property at a time. Along the way, they shared plenty of adventures, stories, and more than a few cups of tea! ☕😉
Although Pat is no longer with us, the foundation he helped build continues to grow through the dedication and hard work of the Rodgers family and their exceptional team.
Today, Derrick is the familiar face of Rodgers Apartment Rentals Inc. He's the guy who keeps things moving, solves problems, answers the calls, and makes sure things get done!
But while Derrick might be the boss you see, there are also some pretty incredible Rodgers bosses working behind the scenes! Their leadership, hard work and commitment are just as important to the continued success of this family-owned business.
Over 30 years of teamwork, dedication and a whole lot of history!
Today, we're celebrating Derrick and recognizing the entire Rodgers family, past and present, who have helped make Rodgers Apartment Rentals what it is today.
