Big project. Big Basswood Lake.

We’re well underway on a complete replacement of approximately 2,200 sq. ft. of 22-year-old waterfront decking — including multiple decks, catwalks, staircases, handrails and dock access systems.

This isn’t simply resurfacing an old deck. We’re rebuilding the entire exterior system from the ground up, with a focus on structure, longevity and low-maintenance performance.

The scope includes:
• Reinforced concrete footings
• New pressure-treated structural framing
• TimberTech AZEK decking
• Regal ideas railing systems
• Rebuilt staircases, catwalks and dock access

Projects like this are exactly what we love — challenging waterfront construction where thoughtful planning, quality materials and craftsmanship all have to come together.
