Launch Custom Homes

Ask anyone who plays here... Saugeen Golf Club is worth the round. ⛳️

Three nines through the woods, greens that hold up all season, and a course that’s close enough to fit into a morning before the day really starts. Challenging in the right places, forgiving in the others.

A short drive from home, and the kind of thing you never get tired of.

Every custom home starts as an idea. Then come the plans, the permits, the foundation, and one day you’re standing inside the frame of your future living room. 🙂‍↔️

Building a home is a process, and we believe you should feel confident at every stage. From the first conversation to handing over the keys, we keep things clear, on schedule, and built to a standard we’d want in our own homes. 🏡

Step inside... ✨

Every home we build starts with a conversation about how you actually live. Where the light lands. Where everyone gathers. What you want to see first thing in the morning. From there, we design around it.

If you’ve been picturing something like this, let’s talk about what yours could look like.

With fall right around the corner, there’s nothing like curling up by a fire, and the Chantry’s great room was made for it.

Flanked by custom built-in shelving and framed by wide-plank hardwood floors, this space was designed for cozy nights in and hosting the people you love as the seasons change. 🍂

This is what custom living looks like: thoughtful details, quality craftsmanship, and a floor plan that just feels right.

People don’t tour a home and fall in love with the bathroom. Then they see this one. 🤩

The owner’s suite bath in The Palmerston was designed around the details that actually matter in your care routine.

The Palmerston is our 1,278 sq. ft. one-storey design:
-1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms on the main floor.
-Vaulted ceilings that carry right out to an oversized rear porch, and an expanded walk-in closet just off this space.
-Room to add 3 more bedrooms and another bath downstairs if you want it.

All of it a seven-minute walk from downtown Southampton, with Lake Huron just past that.

This kitchen in our Palmerston model brings together two-tone cabinetry, sleek black stainless appliances, and a stunning quartz countertop that ties it all together, all framed by a window that keeps the outdoors close.

Function meets beauty in every corner of this space. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, the Palmerston was designed to make everyday moments feel special.

There’s something pretty special about a home in progress ✨

One week it’s a foundation. The next there’s siding, windows, a front door. And somewhere in there it stops feeling like a project and starts feeling like a home even before anyone’s moved in.

If building has been on your mind, we’d love to chat! We’ve got lots available and a few different models to choose from.

We’re obsessed with wood grain around here.

Swipe through, and you’ll see why:

🪵A custom cutlery drawer built right into the cabinetry, because a good kitchen should have a place for everything.

🪵Solid hardwood treads that feel good underfoot, no hollow thud, no creak.

🪵And flooring with enough natural character that no two boards tell the same story.

None of this is off-the-shelf. It’s the kind of thing you notice on day one and still appreciate ten years in.
