Livy was recently featured in RENX Homes, highlighting NorthStar’s approach to creating homes that respond to the needs of today’s buyers.

NorthStar President Gord Wylie spoke about the strategy behind the project, from more efficient homes and attainable price points to bringing “tower-level amenities” to a six-storey, wood-frame building.

It’s easy to look at finished projects and talk about what they add to a neighbourhood. What’s harder to see is the months of work behind them, and the many people who helped build them.
