I’m excited to be part of the founding group helping launch a new BNI referral networking chapter right here in Surrey/Cloverdale!

We’re building this chapter from the ground up with a simple goal: bring together a strong group of local business owners and professionals who believe in supporting one another, building trusted relationships, and growing their businesses through quality referrals.

We currently have 8 founding applicants and are looking for the right people to fill the remaining categories as we work toward our 25-member launch.

We’d especially love to connect with professionals in trades, health & wellness, finance, legal, home services, marketing, and many other local business categories. With BNI, there is only one person represented in each professional category, so if your category is still available, this is a great opportunity to get involved early.

Another SOLD! 🎉❤️

Some transactions are about so much more than simply buying a home, and this is definitely one of them.

We first met this wonderful young family at one of our open houses more than a year ago, and since then we’ve had the privilege of getting to know them, watching their journey unfold, and helping them search for the right place to call home.

And now… they are officially FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS! 🎉🏡

We truly couldn’t be happier for them. They are an absolutely beautiful family and have been such a pleasure to work with every step of the way.

There were lots of conversations, lots of homes, and yes… lots and lots of questions! 😊 But as I’ve said many times throughout this journey, there is no such thing as a silly question and no question is ever too small - especially when you’re buying your first home.
