To my group of misfits with personalities that somehow fit together perfectly with mine 🫶🏻.
I joined this team in January and somehow it feels like I’ve been a part of it for so much longer. From our weekly team meetings (&lunch dates) to tubing down the river and cottage together, and to sharing WAY too much information about our personal lives with each other 😂… there’s never a dull moment with this team. But behind all the belly laughs and nonsense, I also gained a team full of knowledgeable, hardworking, supportive friends who genuinely want to see me succeed.
We collaborate, share our professional and personal goals and ideas with each other, and we show up on the hard days with love and advice for each other.
Something I will never be able to thank them enough for is the fact I’ve pretty much been on maternity leave since joining this crew and they have been nothing but accommodating, helpful and supportive. Whether it was letting me bring my little mini me into the office for the day, or stepping in for a showing while I was changing diapers & doing naptime. They have made balancing motherhood and real estate feel that much easier. 🤍
So thank you RRT, for something truly unexplainable. I’ve found my group of weirdos who I genuinely LOVE working with, learning from, and laughing way too hard with. 🫣🤣But I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🫶🏻
