... and that's a wrap!

Thank you to everyone who made this one become a reality - even down to the very last minute. Thank goodness for small town businesses for last minute supplies - please remember to shop local, we can't get last minute screw drivers, screws, plumbing supplies or even paper off Amazon by walking downtown - but we can get those items from our small town communities.

Thank you to Jamie Fischer for all his hard work in get this one pulled together and to the hilarious and fun sellers for their patience with getting from listed to closing.

The People, The Experiences and The Lessons are all some of the best parts of this business.

These two are the top of my list too (can you tell the list of amazing clients is a long one😏).

Thank you sooooooooo much to these two love birds for their trust — AGAIN (and still) with getting them where they want to be. Looking forward to that pool party next summer 😉

Some clients I wouldn’t trade for the world - these buyers.
The amazing, patient, understanding, and fast acting buyers - these are two of them.

Every opportunity I get to work with them is always an absolute pleasure and I will eternally be grateful for their trust in their real estate adventures (but I think we’ve likely done enough for the last 15 or so months for a bit now … hahaha)

Also a shout out to the listing agent, who made our world a little smaller with the connections to our small town communities, for all of her hard work to pull this one off.

You know when you "just know"?

This was one of those and it all happened QUICK. We had checked out two other homes (and if you know me, you know there's never a rush or pressure to find the one - we're all about research) and they just didn't feel *quite right*, and then we drove up to this stunner.

From the moment they hopped out of their truck they were impressed, continue to the well manicured backyard, endless list of updates and an en-suite that you could spend HOURS in, and she was in love.

Thank you SO much to the amazing buyer for her continued support and bringing me along for the adventure!

It was a delight to pull this one together with Rhea Goetz from Kempston & Werth - her promptness in replies and hard work made this one a breeze.

Now... time to start packing✨

FRIDAY was a GREAT DAY!
One for the books.

This Cute As A Button Cottage Officially Sold!

I fell in love with this place, the seclusion, the amazing sellers, the space and the river the very first time I drove up to meet with the sellers in 2025. This little gem is so secluded that even most of the locals don't know it exists.

It was extra sweet and an ABSOLUTE pleasure when we finally pulled this one together and marked it as sold on Friday!

Thank you SOOOO much to the amazing sellers for their patience to make this one come together - and thank you for allowing me to be part of your 2 year journey to get where you want to be and leaving the places where you made a lifetime of irreplaceable memories.

✨Fun Fact: Blaire met these buyers on her very first day venturing out with clients with me in her co-op placement. We took a trip up to Lake Eugenia to look at cottages. The next morning we met them at this stunning home on Lake Rosalind. Before they even arrived she guessed they’d fall in love. Welp, here we are 3 weeks later and these amazing buyers have officially secured their new home away from home.

A huge shout out to the amazing buyers for their trust, the laughs along the way and being so welcoming in allowing us to be part of their journey. It was an absolute slice pulling this one together with Neil and the team at , as always ✨
