Two buildings. Eight units each. 16 new homes in the heart of Westboro!

Our latest BuildShare Urban Infill Bus Tour took us to 462–464 Churchill Avenue North, where Brofort Developments is bringing a 16-unit infill project to life.

Alexandre (Alex) Brault walked us through the development, sharing insights into the construction process, design decisions, and what it takes to execute a multi-unit project in an established Ottawa neighbourhood.

22 units with underground parking in the heart of Westboro!

On our latest BuildShare Urban Infill Bus Tour, we visited Kanso at 590 Kirkwood Avenue, a 22-unit infill development by Hybrid Development Group, complete with an underground parkade.

Benoit and his team gave us a firsthand look at the project, sharing the thinking, planning, and decisions that go into bringing a multi-unit development to life.

Our field trip to ProFab Ontario took us onto the factory floor to explore how modular construction can support multifamily infill projects, from off-site production to on-site assembly, with a discussion on CMHC financing.

Thanks to the ProFab team and everyone who joined us, asked questions and made it a great afternoon.
