Aujourd’hui, 64 ans plus t**d, Le Samuel entame un nouveau chapitre de son histoire.
Ancien immeuble de bureaux transformé en appartements de prestige, le bâtiment a connu une rénovation majeure qui lui permet de conserver son caractère architectural tout en accueillant une nouvelle génération de résidents.
Deux plaques gravées dans le hall témoignent encore de son inauguration. Un rappel de l’histoire qui fait partie intégrante de l’identité du Samuel.
