Initially, we consult with you by interviewing you to find out your wants, needs and desires regarding your renovation project. We provide guidance on a fee structure basis - 5 hrs, 10 hrs and 20 hrs of "one-to-one guidance" in the renovation process. Or we can complete ALL the renovations to the property but still make it profitable for the home owner if selling is the primary direction . We also have public seminars available that will be scheduled at local hotels that focus on the renovation process: 1 hr flipart - introduction, 3 hr flipart, and 6 hr flipart.
