Great turnout at the Vaughan Chamber Annual Mayor’s Luncheon hosted by Mayor Steven Del Duca at Terrace Banquet Centre yesterday, where over 900 dignitaries, business leaders and supporters came out in full force.

The Mayor touched on many important factors, including a 0% property tax increase, economic resilience, transit investments to tackle gridlock and enhanced community safety initiatives. A strong champion of the building and development community, he also led the way in cutting development charges to help drive affordability in the Vaughan market.

As a very busy April came to an end, we at In2ition Realty had many reasons to celebrate.

A month full of wonderful events - from new project launches, sales events, conferences and exciting panels, to industry awards. It was definitely a dynamic and fantastic welcome into spring.

And the perfect way to end the month was at the Durham Region Home Builders Association "Night at the Oscars" Awards Ceremony. It was a special 25th year acknowledging all the wonderful achievements in real estate & development in the region of Durham over the past year.

This includes our team, as In2ition's Design division - In2Design, was a distinguished recipient of the award for Excellence in Interior Decorating Model Home/Suite for The Grand at Universal City Condos!

Congratulations to our Design division In2Design, our clients Chestnut Hill Developments for letting us do our magic, and to all other finalists and award winners at this special celebration.

We're immensely proud of both the Award and the breathtaking Model Suite crafted by our team, as well as the entire Sales Centre, which we also designed.

We also would like to congratulate our developer client Brookfield Residential Ontario on their multiple awards received at the Awards. Truly well-deserved and we are proud to be a part of your team!

May we all continue to contribute to the enormous success in home-building and the real estate industry in Durham.

Today we would like to remember a dear friend of ours, Brian Wayne Tuckey, whose departure from this world came far too soon. 🕊️

Brian passed away earlier this month, leaving many loved family and friends behind. Our team had the opportunity to work with Brian on countless initiatives. Not only was Brian the former President & CEO of , but we worked closely with Brian on our Race for Humanity in support of Habitat for Humanity, an annual humanitarian event that we hold very close to our hearts to this day. Exactly how we hold Brian close to our hearts.

To our dear friend, may you rest in peace and thank you for everything you did for our industry, for our community, and for the good of others. A heartfelt condolences to the entire family from Debbie, Lysha and all of us at In2ition Realty. 🤍
