Do consumers today actually see your value as an agent? In most cases, the honest answer is no.

Many consumers believe they already know as much as the agent sitting across from them, sometimes more. And if they think that, they’re not seeing the value being offered. The responsibility for that perception is on the agent.

If value isn’t being communicated clearly, business stays difficult. Income stays capped. Hours start creeping up because competing on price takes more effort than competing on value ever would.

If your value looks identical to every other agent’s value, the only lever left to pull is price. And that’s a losing game.

Success in this business comes down to one thing. Deliver value the market can actually see, and make sure it looks different from what everyone else is offering.

Victoria, you showed up. 🙌

This past week I had the chance to meet so many incredible realtors in Victoria, B.C., take the stage at the ReMax Activate Conference, and sit down with our members face to face. Storm and Braden absolutely crushed it on stage too. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🔥

I’ve been fortunate to speak all over the world, and after all these years, my favourite part hasn’t changed. It’s the people. The familiar faces, the brand new ones, the handshakes and the quick conversations between sessions.
