A major milestone has been reached at 330 Mill Road!

We recently gathered with our project partners and construction team for the building’s rooftopping celebration. Now standing at its full 20-storey height, this milestone marks the completion of the primary structure and reflects the planning, coordination and skilled work that have brought the development to this stage.

Located in Etobicoke’s prized Markland Woods neighbourhood, 330 Mill Road will introduce 215 new rental suites to an established Park Property Management community, with occupancy anticipated for summer 2027.

“For some, this will be their first apartment. For others, it will be a home for a growing family or a place to begin a new chapter. That is the outcome we are working toward, and it gives purpose to the work taking place here every day,” said Christopher Janisse, Vice President, Development & Construction.
