We're here to help you realize your dream of owning a home! We're available for and truly appreciate your referrals! Most of our clients (on average 83% - 88% but this year it is 💯%) come to us as personal referrals from past clients, friends, other Realtors and family. However, occasionally, clients come to us from our website, our lawn signs or our advertising and want to know more about us before they hire us. People want to do business with like-minded people so let us tell you a little bit about us. Since 1989 we have established a reputation as Top Real Estate Professionals for successfully looking after the best interests of our Buyers and Sellers. As recipients of numerous Professional Achievement Awards from both the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, and real estate industry organizations, the Awards that we value the most are the cards, letters, and emails we receive from Buyers, Sellers, and other REALTORS® expressing their gratitude and appreciation for our Professionalism and the manner in which we represented their best interests. To us these are the Most Important Awards! Most Important not because they are based on “sales numbers” but, more importantly, because they are based on our Buyers’ and Sellers’ Happiness and Satisfaction with our Service. Come with us and we will show you how we can make your real estate experience a happy and safe one. We ❤️ our clients and our focus is on doing what is best for the client.
