Class is only one part of the day. Foundry First is built around everything that happens before, after, and in between.

It’s the kind of setup that fits how student life actually works, with Fanshawe right across the street when it’s time to head over.

Some days call for a quiet place to focus. Others call for a movie night without leaving the building.

At Foundry First, students have access to multiple study spaces and private boardrooms, a cinema, fitness centre, and student lounge, all alongside their suite.

Come see what your day could look like here. Book a tour of Foundry First.

Calling all book lovers at Foundry First.

BookTALK is coming this November. It’s a new chance to get together, share what you’re reading, and connect with others over a good book.

Mark November 3 from 5–7 PM on your calendar and keep an eye out for more details.

Moving into Foundry First? Very exciting.

Remembering you still have an 8 a.m. class? Slightly less exciting. 😭

We can make coming home afterward a lot better. The syllabus, unfortunately, is out of our hands.

October is off to a good start at Foundry First.

Thanks to everyone who came out for Board Game Night and Door Sign Decorating. We had a great turnout for both and hope you enjoyed kicking off the month with us.

Thanks for making these events a great start to October!

There’s a lot happening under one roof at Foundry First.

One part of the day might be spent getting work done in a study space, the next could mean a workout, catching up with roommates, grabbing something from the 24/7 market, or settling in for a movie.

It’s easy to make the building work around whatever your week looks like.

A few days away calls for a quick check before you head out.

Fanshawe’s Reading Week takes place October 8 & 9, followed by the long weekend. We’ve put together a few reminders to help you leave your space ready for when you return.

Keep this checklist handy before you go.

Sometimes the best plan is cancelling the plan.

At Foundry First, the living room is already set up with a sofa, coffee table, TV, and high-speed fibre internet, so a night at home doesn’t need much preparation.

Just pick what you’re watching and get comfortable.

One of the perks of having roommates is always having someone nearby for the everyday stuff.

Study break, food run, outfit opinion, random plan. There’s usually someone ready to join in.

Roommate life at Foundry First definitely comes with benefits.
