When people think about choosing a location for their business, it's easy to focus on what's happening inside the building. But the exterior plays an important role too.

A clean, attractive, and well-maintained property creates a strong first impression, enhances curb appeal, and shows tenants, customers, and visitors that the space is cared for. Features like seasonal flowers, landscaping, lighting, snow removal, visible signage, and regular maintenance all contribute to a welcoming environment while helping protect the long-term property value.

Special Thank you to Charlene King for creating our beautiful flower barrels, they are stunning!!

It's amazing what a few flower barrels can do to brighten a space and make people feel welcome. 🌸 East & West 70 Station Shopping Centre

Fellow Business Owners, this is sure to have some insightful information to assist as we navigate the changing retail landscape in our community.

Calling all small retailers, service, and specialty businesses to join us at the Big Box Era Workshop - how to Survive and Thrive on SEPT 10 (9am-Noon).
Join fellow local small businesses to find strategies to out-maneuver, weaponize, and be part of the disruption as we anticipate the arrival of a significant big-box store to our community. The session will be broken into 5 topics:
Reality Check (the Lloydminster landscape, leakage reversal concept, and labour reality); Margin & Inventory Defense (inventory audit, curation pivot); Winning the Talent War (non-monetary value proposition, retention check-in, cross-training); Marketing & Community Counter-Offensive (community impact versus pricing war; co-operative efforts; regional targeting); and Action Plan (workbook completion and open advisory hot seat discussion with local experts).

Spots are limited to just 20! Register on Eventbrite. https://f.mtr.cool/nzfwryggki If event is sold out and you are still interested - please contact us directly at [email protected] 780-875-5458 to get you on a waitlist. We will be considering second dates or moving to a larger venue if there is enough interest.

So exciting, Chopstix!

Construction Notice!
The West 70 Commercial Kitchens are temporarily closed for construction. D&M Kitchen anticipates reopening on July 24th, and Triple E Dumplings is away enjoying a well-deserved summer break until mid-August. Follow D&M Kitchen and Triple E Dumpling for the latest updates on their reopening dates.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience during this time.

On a brighter note, we're busy preparing the former Harvest to Home space for an exciting new tenant, Chopstix Pho & Grill, set to open late August / early September. Stay tuned for more details!
