🐾 Get curious! Look beyond the pretty pictures, explore the property and ask questions. You want to know what you’re getting into before making a big decision.
🐾 Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Your budget needs to account for closing costs, moving expenses and the unexpected extras that come with homeownership.
🐾 Smile, but negotiate! The asking price isn’t the whole story. A well thought out offer considers the property, the market and what makes sense for you.
